Presentation vs Self Service Products
We categorise our products into two main media production types:
1. Presentation Products
2. Self-Service Products
HD/4K Video and Photos are Presentation Products. Their advantage is that they allow the hospitality and travel industries to project their vision of their hotel property or brand to their customers. It's a 'sit back and watch' experience for the travel shopper.
360˚Video / Photos and interactive Virtual Tours are Self-Service products. This approach gives the travel shopper an opportunity to explore the hotel property or brand. This allows them to experience the sights, sounds and feel as if they were actually there. It's a 'hands on' approach and has the advantage of allowing our customers in the hospitality and travel industry to develop a deeper, more intimate connection with the travel shopper.
360˚ Video & 360˚ Photography
360˚ Video & 360˚ Photography are self service style products.
We produce 4K, immersive 360˚video that allows the travel shopper to experience the sights and sounds of your hotel property or brand. It's the next best thing to actually being there. 360˚video empowers travel shoppers to look around and control their experience, it promotes engagement and leads to a more personal and immersive experience.
360˚video and 360˚photography is suited to travel shoppers who favour a more active approach to discovering your hotel property for themselves.
360˚Videos and 360˚Photographs each have their advantages and ideal use-points:
360˚Video is the ideal medium to communicate the 'essence' or 'feel' of your hotel property or brand. It opens up multiple possibilities to engage with your customers and is ideal for busy environments such as the lobby, a bustling bar or restaurant, pool, spa or leisure facilities, or to display areas of local interest or natural beauty.
Like traditional video, 360˚Video can be used to speak directly to the travel shopper, but adds the ability for your customers to look around or be invited to view specific points of interest within the room or area.
360˚Photography is ideal for more static environments like a bedroom suite or as part of a larger virtual tour.
